Our rates include the porterage of the luggage. This is done with care during loading and unloading, and until delivery in the hotel lobby.
Do you want to be informed after each crossing point? The option is yours. You can be notified in real time of each movement, or as soon as the bags are delivered, and stored by the hotel!
